As an Assistant Athletic Director Intern at Taft High School, I developed and implemented a comprehensive social media strategy to grow the Instagram presence and generate excitement for the Mark Mitchell Classic, honoring the life and legacy of Coach Mark Mitchell. By creating a structured content calendar featuring weekly facts, countdown posts, interviews, and archival photos, I successfully engaged the community, amplified awareness of the event, and celebrated Coach Mitchell’s enduring impact on students, athletes, and alumni.
